Optimus Victorious at Annual Bra Dash

Optimus were in the prizes again at this year’s Castletown Bra Dash in aid of Isle of Man Breast Cancer Now Group.

Tony Bentley-Roberts claimed first prize with Christine Botha fastest female. Becky Ferran was awarded best dressed individual with Optimus also claiming the prize for best dressed team. Optimus, along with other local firms and individuals took part in the fun run through the short route in the historic Capital, Castletown looking to raise as much money as possible.

The staff at Optimus donated £215 which included their prize for the best dressed team and early signs are that the Isle of Man Breast Cancer Now Group grand total will pass £1000. This is another part of the ’Optimus In the Community’ initiative that encourages staff to get involved and to give something back to the local community.

In 2015, it included staff painting the railings in Poulsom Park, Castletown, joining McMillian Cancer’s ‘World’s biggest coffee morning’ and buying toys for the Christmas Toy Appeal.
